Siomay Ayam step by step
- Campur bahan kulit lalu di rest 60 menit..
- Gulung dengan penggiling mie sampe ukuran no 2. Bentuk bundar ukuran 10cm dengan alat lingkaran. Gunakan maizena agar g lengket.
- Isian, ayam di food procesor jgn sampe halus sekedar kecacah aja ya. Campur bahan sisa aduk rata.
- Tempatkan kulit di atas tangan kiri lalu ambil isian kira kira 2 sdm, tekan tekan dan putar sampai padat isian. Masukkan ke kukusan yg dah diolesi minyak dasarnya. Masak 25 menit api rada kecil.
- Keluarkan dr kukusan dan garnish dg wortel atau polong atau saus. Bintik hitam itu lada hitam di crush ya bukan kotoran. Selamat mencoba.
